Joined the Petaluma Paddlers, who sound much naughtier than they are (I think). There was a tide that dropped 9 feet, practically sucking us down the river, about 5 miles from the Petaluma Marina to Papa's Taverna. There was a full moon, but the rising fog hid it. I definitely need a light for my kayak. And I need to adjust my footpegs. And I need to stretch out the spray skirt more. Fun group. We'll be going out with them again, I'm sure. The first two pictures are trial photos with the waterproof camera carrier. It doesn't work very well, at least not with the little Elph camera.
