Just a quick bike ride to stay "on my game." First time riding mostly alone (met up with Randy and Rob, but they had a different vision of what today's bike ride was going to be - I really wanted to (a) see if I could make the entire Canyon trail - at my own speed - without having to stop and push and (b) familiarize myself with some of these trails.
