We're no experts on Emerald Swifts, but here are some resources that might help:

They seem to have had success with babies:

Check out the lizard forums on kingsnake.com - a bit down the page is a gray search box that will let you search the lizard forums for emerald swifts -- lots of info there. Pay special attention to info from someone named "Ingo", who seems to be very knowledgable. Here's the most information I was ever able to find about raising babies, from one of the posts there:

Heavy misting in the morning is a MUST and the temps should drop significantly at night (lower 70s or colder). High light intensity keeps them agile. They donīt eat too much but need LOTS of food in the cage, since they are at early age more or less sit and wait predators. So wingless fruit flies are a good starter food. All food should be dusted with a good Ca/Vit supplement. For short: Hot at daytime with a moist cool corner Cool and moist at night Very moist in the morning Lots and lots of food items-although only very few will be eaten
It is true that they are very difficult -- ours did not survive. I hope you have better luck!
